Yesterday, after days of digging in about 18 inches of wet, dark, musty crawl space under the house with a garden shovel and days of tying rebar, we were ready to pour cement. Lots and lots of messy cement. But it is done and now we can get on with building up. We are so excited!
Hello? Dave? Are you under all that cement on your clothes?
And we couldn't go without putting kids handprints in the cement.
