Today I started my job at the Montessori school in Kirkland teaching music to children ages 6 down to 18 months. Seriously, I don't think they realize they are paying me to play. I had a great day and got a good idea of each class's specific capabilities. It is so interesting that the same age group can be at such different levels from class to class. Anyway, we sang and told stories with songs, we laughed and learned and played. And I can't wait to do it all again tomorrow.
