On a Sunday less than 2 weeks before Senior Prom, Brandon came to our door. He knocked, and Shaney opened. She was a little startled. Brandon was completely out of breath and could barely get the words out, "Shaney, will you go to prom with me?". Shaney briefly inhaled with a slight gasp and informed him that, yes, she would love to go to prom with him. This adorable boy says "okay" and then takes off. Shaney was a little stunned with the invitation, but happy to be going to her Senior Prom.
I got to be the photographer for the night and take pictures of all 8 couples. It was fun to be with all those darling kids. Such an amazing group of friends Shaney has. It was a wonderful night and Shaney loved every bit of it. And I happen to think she was the prettiest girl there! But that is just my opinion.
