With all of my chickies fledging (from the birdhouses in my yards as well as my own little nest) I am hanging on to my kids just a little tighter these days. On Friday evening, I felt no need to escape my juveniles, so Dave and I invited them on our date. On the docket; Little Caesar's Pizza picnic at Jennings Park in Marysville, playground time, and a stroll, or two, through the Master Gardeners WSU gardens. It was such a great evening and I got so many great ideas that I'm already planning next year's gardens. Bucket list: Become a certified Master Gardener, when I have about 100 spare hours. It was a super fun evening! I love my family!!
