Weller Today Than Yesterday: GO VIKINGS!

Look at that boy run!

I guess it is true that the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree.

Jared has been a member of the

Valley View Middle School Cross Country Team

again this year.

He enjoys running and his friends.

I am so proud of my Jared.

Ready, Set, GO!

And they're off...

Dangerous 5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug (MicroSafe)

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well.
Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).

And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!

Seriously, just because I'm blonde does not mean that I cannot LOVE blonde jokes!

A blonde calls her boyfriend and says, "Please come over here and help me. I have a jigsaw puzzle I can't seem to get started." Her boyfriend asks, "What is it supposed to be when it's finished?" The blonde says, "According to the picture on the box, it's a rooster." Her boyfriend decides to go over and help with the puzzle. She lets him in and takes him to where she has the puzzle spread all over the table.
He studies the pieces for a moment, then looks at the box, then turns to her and says, "Well my dear, no matter what we do, there is no way we can make these pieces resemble anything that looks like a rooster." He then lovingly takes her hand, and says with a deep sigh ............"Can we please put the Corn Flakes back in the box?"
