What do you call a cute 16 year old girl who has the non-wire type braces? Invisalign face? We are so very excited. Shaney went in today to get her invisaligns on. They look just like clear retainers. You can only tell if you get up really, really close to her face. WARNING!!! No boy had better get close enough to her face to be able to see them unless it is a brother!!!!!!!!!!! (As a mother, I just had to put that out there). Thanks to her awesome daddy who agreed that her face is too pretty and that getting metal braces as a junior in high school really stinks! We will keep you all posted on her progress. Yay! yay! yay! Here we go! Expect a post in the spring about Jared. He's next. :D Three kids in braces by spring...oye, this is getting expensive.

So, I guess our minds think a little differently. If Kirsten needs braces when she's a teenager, David and I have already talked about making sure that they are the thickest and ugliest braces ever; the perfect boy repellent (and kiss repellent). Ha! Ha!
Seriously though, I agree that Shaney's face is to beautiful for braces.
I like your WARNING!!!!!! sign. Can't wait to see the end results.
Lucky girl. I just think of the painful visits and pokes.
I'm wearing my Invisalign right now. It's great not having to have noticeable braces and yet my teeth are getting prettier all the time :) By the time my husband comes back, my teeth will be almost perfect! Shaney's responsible enough to be successful with these, but having had them for 6 months now, I can see how less responsible people would make the process more difficult. :) (Shhhhh, it's a semi-secret though)
