Shaney is most definitely the princess of this family. And she certainly does get special treatment. Years ago we bought her a large bed to go with her large room. She LOVES this bed. Well apparently, so does Ryan. During Christmas break Dave and I have been putting Matthew to bed downstairs, and then we'd retire to our own room. Shaney, Jared and Ryan would then head upstairs to watch a movie until past all 3's bedtimes. (Shame on me, I know!) We haven't been sure all week what time Ryan has been getting to bed. We can probably guess by how late he has been sleeping in. Don't Ask!! But with sleeping in late comes a hard time falling asleep the next night. So late in the night, Ryan has been coming downstairs to Shaney's room and climbing into her big bed and falling asleep with her. *whispers*...He is NOT ALLOWED in our bed! And Shaney is usually too tired to take him back upstairs to his own bed, so she lets him stay. It will be interesting to see what my little "sweet pea" does when Shaney moves away for college.
