Saturday was a crazy day for the Wellers. We were busy packing for Disneyland while a snowstorm was moving into Western Washington. Cars were slipping and sliding down our street and it had to be barricaded on both sides. Only residents were getting in or out. It was getting very dangerous driving up and down the hill from our house. Dave had to drive to a neighboring town to get Shaney from a party and barely made it home.
Sunday morning we attended a 9am sacrament meeting, came home and changed into travel clothes, and by 10:30am our car was stuck in our driveway. It took 20 minutes and a good neighbor pushing to get our car out. The roads were decent once we got onto the interstate. Our flight was in on time, but we sat for an hour getting our plane de-iced. We were glad to be leaving the snow behind and heading to sunny Southern California for an fun week at Disneyland.
