We have had some very cold mornings here in Washington state this week. It is 22 degrees out right now at 9:00am this crisp and clear Saturday morning.
This morning as the boys were eating waffles at the table, Dave looks out at the hard frost on our cars and mentions that 'those cars look so cold out there'. Next thing we know, Matthew is putting on his coat and rain boots to go outside, pajamas and all. We say, "Matthew, it is freezing out there! What are you doing?" He responds matter-of-factly with a very solemn answer..."I'm going out to COMFORT the cars!"
Say What?
When I saw what Matthew was up to I laughed so hard I almost cried! Matthew didn't get very far "comforting" those cars. It was a pretty hard frost last night, and his hands were getting cold!

That is the best story I've heard all day today...what a way cool kiddo!
Thanks for sharing that sweet story of "The Car Comforter", it made my day.
We have the "Ghost Whisperer", The Dog Whisperer", and not "The Car Comforter". "Priceless"
I meant "now"
